SCT 2025 - Day 1

After two successful editions in 2023 and 2024, the Senegal Cycling Tour returns with an even more enriching experience. Our 2025 route promises:

  • 956 km total including 567 km by bike
  • Varied landscapes across all of Senegal
  • An unforgettable 6-day adventure
  • An international atmosphere true to our slogan "Connecting Cultures"

Previous editions brought together cyclists from 5 different nationalities. In 2025, we aim for even more international participation!

OUR SOCIAL COMMITMENT IN 2025

Kolda Library Project

This year, SCT is committed to an important social mission! We will support the community library of Kolda, in southern Senegal, where many young schoolchildren seek to educate themselves despite limited infrastructure.

Our Objective

Construction of a modern and covered terrace to increase the library's capacity, thereby reducing the educational gap between regions of Senegal.

Media Visibility

A partnership with a major television network will ensure exceptional coverage of the event, offering increased visibility to our generous sponsors.

2025 TOUR ITINERARY

1

DAY 1

Dakar - Fatick

140 km of discovery through the Fatick region, known for its majestic baobab trees and savanna landscapes.

DAY 2

Ndofane - Diaroume

127 km of adventure through traditional villages and authentic rural landscapes.

DAY 3

Diaroume - Kolda

100 km to Kolda, followed by the special ceremony at the community library.

DAY 4

Rest day

Recovery and cultural immersion in Kolda.

DAY 5

Kolda - Diaroume

100 km followed by a transfer from Diaroume to Tivaoune (315 km).

DAY 6

Tivaoune - Dakar

Final 100 km to the capital to conclude this unforgettable adventure.
